Channeling 1920s England

Do we look like we might be 1920s visitors to Downton Abbey? Well, we're trying!

Here are PBS Hawaii's VP of Advancement, Ben Nishimoto; me; and Director of Grant Support, Lynn Haff. Lynn found her "inner flapper" for 12 dollars with a kicky bling-y dress from the Assistance League thrift shop on Young Street in Honolulu.

Big night for PBS across the country, quadrupling its average primetime rating with the premiere of Downton Abbey Season 3, the Masterpiece Classic drama about life and intrigues at the Crawley family's country estate.

Next new episode is Sunday, Jan. 13 at 8:00 pm on PBS Hawaii.
