'Tween Jackie Evancho is back tomorrow night (Sat., Aug. 11 at 8:30 pm) on GREAT PERFORMANCES on PBS Hawaii. This special shows her performing at age 12 in L.A. at the Orpheum Theater, singing "My Heart Will Go On" from the movie Titanic, "Some Enchanted Evening" from South Pacific, and "Can You Feel the Love Tonight?" from The Lion King.
Her performances (especially her phrasing) are pretty amazing; at her tender age, she just may make you feel that she is at least twice her age and has already lived the joy of romance and the pain of heartbreak.
Actually she was (and is still)12 when she recorded this in June - her birthday is April 9, 2000. She was 11 when she did last year's Great Performances on PBS, "Jackie Evancho - Dream With Me in Concert".

Just a minor correction, as I'm sure others will, or already have pointed out, but Jackie turned twelve years old in April this year. She was already twelve at the time of the taping at the Orpheum Theater.
