Grab a front-row seat at the greatest display of fireworks anywhere in the nation. It's happening in your living room! PBS Hawaii is celebrating Independence Day from the West Lawn of the U.S. Capitol with A Capitol Fourth (Wed., July 4, 2012, 8:00 pm, with an encore at 9:30 pm). Hosted by Tom Bergeron, the program includes a tribute to Team USA with an appearance by Olympic medalist Apolo Ono and other guests, including John Williams conducting "Olympic Fanfare." Happy Fourth of July! Even happier since you don't have to clean up the powder-burned remains of the pyrotechnics....
